 Welcome to Guadalajara! We have a rich history that dates back to the 1940s when Librado Casillas built apartments on Casillas Street, which was named after him. In 1951, those apartments were transformed into the beloved Guadalajara Restaurant. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed the original building in 2014, but now we're back and better than ever!

At Guadalajara, we pride ourselves on preparing a variety of authentic recipes using the finest and freshest ingredients. Our hand-rolled enchiladas, tacos, chile rellenos, and sauces are made fresh daily to ensure an amazing dining experience for you. And that's not all – with each visit, you'll also enjoy a larger order of our freshly cut and hand-fried tostada chips, along with our delicious hot green salsa and sopapillas.
